My fervent desire to serve the people of Ondo State and catalyze transformative change is rooted in a genuine longing to cultivate a thriving and prosperous community. I envision an Ondo that stands as an agrarian giant, a preferred destination for living, investing, learning, working, and leisure. With unwavering determination, I believe Ondo has the potential to ascend to the pinnacle of excellence among all states in the nation and the entire African continent.
Ondo State, since its establishment on February 3, 1976, has reached a pivotal juncture in its history. Now more than ever, it is imperative to infuse the gifts of business acumen and strategic leadership into our governance. By leveraging our democratic mandate, I am confident that Ondo State will emerge as one of the top three economies in Nigeria, serving as a beacon of progress and prosperity for all its citizens and contributing significantly to the economic landscape of our nation and beyond.
Assuming the mantle of Executive Governor of Ondo State, I am poised to instill confidence, reignite fervent patriotism, and offer hope to our disillusioned youth. Together, we will embark on a shared journey towards democratic, commercial and corporate accomplishments, fostering a collective sense of purpose and achievement.
The journey ahead for Ondo state requires boldness, resilience, and discipline. While the path may not be easy, I offer you leadership that listens and consults with you on matters that directly impact your lives. I will not overlook your struggles or dismiss your experiences.
